I never know what to write here ๐ but maybe that says a lot about me alreadyโฆ
Iโm Mimi, 20, just a small-town Midwest girl trying to survive the city. I still get nervous about silly things โ like ordering coffee, or saying hi first ๐ฅบ. Sometimes I rehearse what Iโll say in my head, and then still mess it up ๐ .
I get nervous with people I donโt knowโฆ like my brain just goes blank ๐. I canโt even start a normal conversation sometimes. So maybe this is me trying a different way of meeting people ๐
Most nights Iโm at home reading, bingeing Gossip Girl, or daydreaming about conversations Iโll probably never have. My cat Princess ๐ฑ is usually the only one who hears my rants.
I guess Iโm just hoping to find people who donโt mind my awkward pausesโฆ maybe even like them. If youโre patient, Iโll open up. And once I doโฆ well, I might never shut up ๐ฌ๐ธ
